Missing data for all variables of interest was approximately 10%; thus, these data were not included in the table.
Overweight or obesity defined as BMI ≥85th percentile to <120% above the 95th percentile of the sex-specific and age-specific BMI.
Severe obesity defined as BMI that was ≥120% above the 95th percentile of sex-specific and age-specific BMI.
Poverty-income ratio was based on household size and income and was calculated by using poverty guidelines of the US Department of Health and Human Services poverty guidelines (17).
