Abstract
BACKGROUND: The clinical use of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS) was recently evaluated in cases of osteochondritis dissecans of the humeral capitellum (elbow OCD). However, the mechanism underlying the effect of LIPUS in elbow OCD is not well understood.
