Abstract
Primary Hyperparathyroidism is asymptomatic in most patients (PHPT). We report a case of PHPT in a young male patient. He presented with severe pancreatitis due to hypercalcemia and multiple bone lesions resulting in pathological fractures. The patients recovered rapidly after parathyroidectomy.Entities:
