Abstract
A patient developed benign paroxysmal positional vertigo following partial excision of the upper jaw for squamous carcinoma. It is probable that the trauma sustained by the labyrinth during surgery led to the development of vertigo. Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo may be a preventable post-operative complication.Entities:
