Abstract
Sjögren syndrome is a chronic autoimmune disorder with xerostomia, increased tooth wear, high rates of caries, and repeated failure of dental restorations as the main oral symptoms. These render the prosthetic treatment challenging. This clinical report describes a contemporary approach to the treatment of a patient with Sjögren syndrome using translucent multilayered monolithic zirconia restorations and focuses on the treatment protocols before, during, and after the prosthetic treatment.Entities:
