Abstract
Q fever has extremely polymorphic features, and has been reported to be associated with positivity of several autoimmune antibodies. We report two cases of atypical Q fever with a clinical presentation highly suggestive of an inflammatory systemic disease with positivity of autoimmune antibodies, mimicking systemic lupus erythematosus.Entities:
