Abstract
The unintentional poisoning with aconite in a 32-year-old healthy woman led to life-threatening neurological and cardiovascular effects with cardiac arrest and need for resuscitation. The combined administration of magnesium and amiodarone was able to stabilize heart rhythm and circulation. Organ damage was not recognized in the follow-up.Entities:
