Dysphagia due to oesophageal web.

Abstract

An 8 year old boy developed a recurrent sensation of food sticking in his throat during meal times. Barium swallow examination showed an anterior oesophageal web at the level of C5. Symptoms disappeared after pharyngoscopy and dilatation of the web.
