Abstract
We report a case of a right anterior clinoid process (ACP) neurenteric cyst which presented with gradual impairment of vision in the right eye. Imaging suggested an infective cystic lesion. In view of rapid visual loss urgent surgery was conducted. Erosion of the ACP was found from where white mucus like material was aspirated. The cyst wall was completely excised. Immunohistochemistry indicated an endodermal origin of the cyst.Entities:
