Abstract
Tumor lysis syndrome (TLS) occurs when tumor cells release their contents into the bloodstream, typically in response to chemotherapy, leading to the characteristic findings of hyperuricemia, hyperkalemia, hyperphosphatemia, hypocalcemia, and acute kidney injury. Twinkle artifacts on renal ultrasound may indicate calcium phosphate deposits in such patients.Entities:
