Abstract
Long QT syndrome (LQTS) is an uncommon and potentially fatal cardiac channelopathy. Treatment options can be medical with β-blockers or surgical with implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) implantations and left cardiac sympathetic denervation (LCSD). Purpose of this paper is through a literature review to identify the management algorithm and the role of sympathectomy in LQTS.Entities:
