Abstract
The process of calf implantation has been standardized by the author, who uses routine incisions and develops a subfascial pocket before inserting the oblong implants of different sizes. The evolution of the technique has led to a series of satisfactory results and a small percentage of complications. One-hundred and twenty-one patients with implantation had satisfactory increases in calf circumference. Complications included infections and capsule formation, which were dealt with in a satisfactory manner.Entities:
