Abstract
Crossed congenital hemifacial hyperplasia is a rare condition that produces facial asymmetry and overgrowth of the opposite lower extremity. A case involving the left side of the head and the right foot is presented. Etiologic theories are discussed. The involvement of crossed structures suggests the possibility that the cause may be related to abnormalities of the nervous system.Entities:
