Abstract
A case of symptomatic Rathke's cleft cyst is described. In spite of the intrasellar component and radiological and clinical evidence of involvement of the pituitary gland, the sella turcica was minimally involved. MRI afforded optimal visualization and localization of the intra- and suprasellar components vis-à-vis the pituitary gland, optic chiasm, infundibular stalk, and carotid arteries.Entities:
