Abstract
Primary colonic lymphoma is a rare large bowel malignancy usually found in the cecum or rectosigmoid junction. Because of its non-specific symptoms, patients often present with advanced disease requiring surgical intervention. Nevertheless, resection followed by chemotherapy appears to offer the best prognosis.Entities:
