A binary logistic regression model for multivariate analysis. All the listed covariates were entered in the final model. Pelvic nodal factors (multiple metastasis, bilateral metastasis, common iliac metastasis, high LNR, and size) were initially assessed for multicollinearity, and bilateral PLN metastasis was removed due to multicollinearity to multiple PLN metastases and had a smaller association to PAN metastasis compared to multiple PLN metastasis. In an attempt the utility of the study to apply for intraoperative evaluation, LNR was removed. Remaining the 3 factors do not have multicollinearity. Hosmer-Lemeshow test, p=0.940, indicating goodness of the fitting in the final model. In a post hoc analysis, multiple PLN metastases was replaced with bilateral PLN metastases: results were similar in that bilateral PLN metastasis, size ≥1 cm, and common iliac node metastasis remained independent predictors for PAN metastasis.
