Figure 1Mean penile curvature at the beginning of each cycle of CCH therapy, and final curvature for all patients who have received CCH therapy. Mean change in curvature between each cycle, in order of progressing cycles, is as follows: CA: −7.5˚, −4.2˚, −4˚, 2.1˚; AA: −10.8˚, 7.1˚, −15.1˚, 11.1˚. None of these changes were statistically significant when comparing between CA and AA. CCH, collagenase clostridium histolyticum; CA, Caucasian American; AA, African American.
