Name and structure of the oligonucleotide primers
FigureDendrogram deduced from clustering analysis of 100 isolates. By using the 15 loci MIRU-VNTR typing (MIRU2, MIRU4, MIRU10, MIRU16, MIRU20, MIRU23, MIRU24, MIRU26, MIRU27, MIRU31, MIRU39, MIRU40, ETRA, ETRB, ETRC) revealed that 100 isolates were categorized into 36 genotypes and 10 clusters, 72 per cent (72/100) isolates belonged to Beijing family.
