Abstract
We report here a case of double pylorus diagnosed endoscopically in a patient with adrenal adenoma. A 44-yr-old man was found to have double pylorus during examinations for recurrent epigastric pain and obesity. We think that the formation of double pylorus in this case resulted from recurrent peptic ulcer which, in turn, probably was induced by the hypersecretion of endogenous corticosteroids accompanying adrenal adenoma.Entities:
