Morphological and functional characterization of isolated human parotid acinar cells.

J A Mangos.

Abstract

A method for the isolation of human parotid acinar cells using enzymatic dispersion and milk mechanical forces has been developed. The isolated acinar cells are morphologically and functionally intact, thus suitable for studies of the cellular physiology of secretion.
