Abstract
We present a case of a 77-year-old male patient with a liver tumour diagnosed as hepatic epithelioid haemangioendothelioma (HEHE), a potentially malignant tumour treated with liver resection. The patient is disease-free 3 years after resection. Imaging features using fludeoxyglucose F 18 positron emission tomography CT and MRI with gadoxic acid as well as histopathological findings are discussed. © BMJ Publishing Group Ltd (unless otherwise stated in the text of the article) 2017.
