Abstract
Two metastases from an atrial myxoma occurred in the right common carotid artery distribution of a 34-year-old man. One metastasis caused the phenomenon of intracranial pseudoaneurysm in a distal branch of the middle cerebral artery. The other resulted in the unusual radiographic appearance of a tremendous, "bubbly" expansion of the temporal bone.Entities:
