Abstract
In relation to the article published in this journal by Valdivielso Cortázar et al., we have recently diagnosed a massive digestive hemorrhage secondary to a Dieulafoy's lesion inside a duodenal diverticulum. This was successfully treated with endoscopy.Entities:
