Abstract
Achilles tendon rupture is a common lower extremity injury seen in the active population. Although reruptures rates have improved with nonoperative functional management, surgical treatment is still preferred by the authors. Minimally invasive techniques allow optimal Achilles tendon rupture apposition and tensioning, with a reduced risk of soft tissue complications associated with the traditional open repair.Entities:
