Fig. 2The ANOVA on the blood oxygen level dependent response data revealed that (A) right amygdala (coordinates: 16.5, −7.5, −9.5) and (C) left anterior insula cortex (AIC) (coordinates: −34.5, 13.5, −9.5) showed a significant group-by-reinforcement-by-sociality interaction corrected for multiple comparisons; (B) Parameter estimates for right amygdala, which reflect percent signal change for monetary and social rewards and non-rewards per group; (D) Parameter estimates for left AIC, which reflect percent signal change for monetary and social rewards and non-rewards per group.
