A BMI of 25 to 29.9 kg/m2 was classified as overweight, whereas a BMI of 30 to 34.9 kg/m2 was classified as obese Class I and BMI of ≥35 kg/m2 as obese Class II. Depression was assesses with a PHQ‐9 score ≥10. RPG >11.0 mmol/l (200 mg/dl). LDL >5.2 mmol/l (193.6 mg/dl). Hypertension Stage 1 (Systolic 140–159 mmHg or Diastolic 90–99 mmHg) and Stage 2 (Systolic ≥160 mmHg or Diastolic ≥100 mmHg). BMI, body mass index
