Abstract
The clinical outcomes of chronic HBV infection are influenced by the interaction between virus, host and environmental factors. Several factors of host include age, sex, individual behavior, host genetic polymorphism and intestinal microflora, directly or indirectly affect the clinical outcome of chronic HBV infection. Therefore, in the management of chronic HBV infection, more attention need to be paid not only to antiviral therapy, but also to the impact of host factors in order to maximally improve the prognosis of patients.Entities:
