Prolapsed antrochoanal polyp: an unusual cause of acute adult respiratory distress.

Here we describe an adult male who presented with acute dyspnoea and airway occlusion. Nasoendoscopy revealed a large antrochoanal polyp extending from his maxillary sinus to the level of the epiglottis.
