Abstract
This study reports the complete genome sequence of fowl aviadenovirus A strain JM1/1, which caused gizzard erosions in broilers occurring in Japan. The JM1/1 genome is 43,809 bp in length and most closely related to the strain chicken embryo lethal orphan (CELO); moreover, multiple site insertions and deletions were found.Entities:
