Abstract
A 26-year-old woman presented with a painful bulge at the rima ani. The tumor was located in the presacral region. Histological examination revealed a well-circumscribed biphenotypical tumor with papillary configured myxoid areas and strongly sclerosing regions. This case of a myxopapillary ependymoma is a rare example of a myxoid neoplastic lesion in the sacral region.Entities:
