Abstract
Mycoplasma hominis has been identified as a rare cause of respiratory infections in immunocompromised adults. Here, we describe a case of Mycoplasma hominis empyema in an 18-year-old immunocompromised patient with a review of the literature highlighting diagnostic challenges associated with this infection.Entities:
