Abstract
Trichoepithelioma is a benign tumor of follicular unit. It has been rarely described as the cause of leonine facies. We are presenting a classical case of multiple familial trichoepitheliomas (MFTs) with characteristic histopathological features leading to leonine facies.Entities:
