Combined petrosal approach for petroclival meningioma.

The authors present the case of a 56-year-old patient who presented with a large petroclival meningioma and clinical symptoms of brainstem compression and hydrocephalus. The authors describe a two-stage combined petrosal approach for complete resection of the tumor.
