Abstract
The association of pituitary adenomas and meningioma is rare. We present the case of a 46 year old lady who initially presented with large bilateral meningiomas and acromegaly. Histology demonstrated mammosomatotroph cell adenoma co-expressing Growth Hormone. This appears to be the first description of mammosomatotroph cell adenoma associated with meningiomas in the literature.Entities:
