Abstract
Nephrotic syndrome is associated with an increased risk of thromboembolism. Pulmonary thromboembolism has been described in nephrotic syndrome with or without deep vein thrombosis. In this case report, we describe an unusual first presentation of childhood membranous nephropathy with massive pulmonary thrombus with pulmonary infarction with right renal vein thrombosis.Entities:
