Abstract
BACKGROUND: Segmental pigmentation disorder (SegPD) is a rare type of cutaneous dyspigmentation. This hereditary disorder, first described some 20 years ago, is characterized by hypo and hyperpigmented patches on the trunk, extremities and less likely on the face and neck.
