Abstract
Triceps tendon rupture is a rare injury occurs due to sudden forceful contraction of triceps against flexed elbow. Though there are case reports describing various treatment options for this injury, including primary repair as well as reconstruction using different technique, no standardised technique has been defined. We present, for the first time, a case of five month old neglected triceps tendon rupture in a professional kabaddi player. Ruptured tendon was reconstructed using free autologous semitendinous graft with good functional outcome.Entities:
