Abstract
Noninvasive imaging has and will continue to play a pivotal role in the assessment of radiation-induced normal tissue toxicity. In this review, we will examine key literature regarding the use of anatomic and physiological imaging in relation to radiation-induced normal tissue toxicity. Additionally, this review contains a novel methodology for potentially incorporating dose-response data into treatment planning and normal tissue toxicity modeling.Entities:
