Meaning: The change in serum creatinine concentration was reduced by 9.55 units with the administration of HES, assuming all other variables were held constant. In simple words: HES administration is associated with a reduction in serum creatinine concentration. However, this association is not statistically significant, as P‐value is >0.05.
