Abstract
Complex choristomas involving the lacrimal drainage system are not common. Ectopic lacrimal gland within complex choristomas has been described in the eyelid and orbit. We describe a pediatric case of complex choristoma with ectopic lacrimal gland involving the lacrimal sac fossa and partly the medial eyelid and orbit along with a brief review of literature.Entities:

Microphotograph of the choristoma showing clusters of adipocytes, glandular tissue and intervening muscle bundles (H&E ×100, E). High magnification of the microphotograph demonstrating the ectopic lacrimal gland tissue surrounded in the periphery by the adipocytes (H&E ×400, F).
