Total synthesis of architecturally complex indole terpenoids: strategic and tactical evolution.

Yike Zou1, Amos B Smith1.

Abstract

Indole terpenes have attracted the interests of synthetic chemists due to their complex architectures and potent biological activities. Examples of total syntheses of several n class="Chemical">indole terpenes were reviewed in this article to honor Professor KC Nicolaou.
