Abstract
Human male pre-embryos were identified by means of DNA-DNA in-situ hybridisation with a commercially available DNA probe for Y-chromosome DNA. This method could lead to prenatal diagnosis of genetic disorders based on small numbers of cells that are not necessarily in division, such as cells obtained from a pre-embryo during the course of in-vitro fertilisation therapy.Entities:
