Abstract
A 72-year-old Caucasian female presented for evaluation of bilateral lower eyelid "fluid filled" bags that had been present and slowly worsening for 7 years. She reported a history of lower eyelid blepharoplasty in her 40s, as well as hyaluronic acid tear trough fillers 8 years prior to presentation. Her malar edema completely resolved following injection of hyaluronidase. To our knowledge, this is the longest reported interval for presentation and treatment of hyaluronic acid associated malar edema.Entities:
