Abstract
We report a case of a persistent left superior vena cava draining to the right atrium via the coronary sinus in conjunction with partial anomalous pulmonary venous return of the left pulmonary veins to the coronary sinus. Although a persistent left superior vena cava is typically of little clinical consequence, in this case, it complicated surgical repair of the congenital heart disease. Successful repair of this unusual combination of systemic and pulmonary venous anomalies required a combination of two well-described surgical techniques.Entities:
