Abstract
Dissecting anterior inferior cerebellar artery (AICA) aneurysms are extremely rare, and only nine cases are reported till date. We are reporting a case of ruptured dissecting distal AICA aneurysm with spontaneous resolution; first of its kind in the indexed literature.Entities:
