Abstract
BACKGROUND: Misoprostol has a wide range of applications in obstetrics and gynaecology. It is widely recommended by WHO, FIGO and ACOG for the treatment of postpartum haemorrhage due to it safety and cost-effectiveness. However, usage might be associated to hyperpyrexia and shivering. CASEEntities:
