Abstract
A variety of upper urinary tract anomalies have been described in cryptorchidism. This report is of an asymptomatic patient with cryptorchidism, who appeared to have bilateral ureteropelvic-junction obstruction on excretory urography. Further investigations, including urodynamic studies and glomerular- and tubular-function tests, revealed no abnormalities. Ureteropelvic pseudo-obstruction can, therefore, be added to the list of numerous renal and urinary tract anomalies known to be associated with cryptorchidism.Entities:
