David Satcher is the Founder and Senior Advisor of the Satcher Health Leadership Institute at the Morehouse School of Medicine, and Professor Emeritus, Departments of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Family Medicine, and Community Health and Preventive Medicine, Morehouse School of Medicine, Atlanta, GA, and was also the 16th Surgeon General of the United States.
