Abstract
In a placebo-controlled single-crossover study, seven patients with treatment-resistant chronic paranoid schizophrenia who received methadone plus neuroleptic showed significant improvement. Methadone may be a useful adjunctive treatment in a subpopulation of patients with chronic paranoid schizophrenia.Entities:
