Fig. 3Immunohistochemical stains were performed to rule out other tumors. CA125 (a), CK7 (b) and WT-1 (c) are positive. CDX2 (not shown) and CK20 (d) are negative. Controls were reactive. The results of the stain support the diagnosis of primary ovarian tumor consistent histologically with malignant Brenner tumor.
